Jitka is an enthusiastic teacher of natural sciences and technical subjects who has long been inspired by ecology and a sustainable approach to nature. She studied process engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague and later horticulture and organic farming at the Czech University of Life Sciences. She supplemented her teaching education after years spent in management positions at international companies. She passes on her experience in educational courses, which she not only leads but also prepares for others. In her free time, in addition to her family, she devotes herself primarily to her ecologically focused passion—designing family, edible, and sustainable gardens.
